How it works

From blood results to better conversations.

Goldyn is a habit — a two-minute-a-day rhythm that turns scattered health data into something you and the people caring for you can actually use. Whatever you're navigating — a chronic condition, pregnancy, a recovery, a specific goal, or just wanting to pay attention — the rhythm is the same.

Step 1

You upload your results

Snap a photo or upload a PDF of any standard blood test report. Every marker — ferritin, TSH, HbA1c, vitamin D, and hundreds more — becomes something you can actually read, in plain language.

  • · What the marker measures
  • · Where your result sits
  • · Questions worth raising with your doctor

Step 2

You check in by voice

Under two minutes. You speak how you're feeling — energy, sleep, mood, symptoms — and it becomes part of a record you can act on.

Log vitals and meals too if you want a fuller picture. Over time, the patterns worth raising with your doctor start surfacing themselves.

Step 3

You read your Learn feed

A personalised stream of short cards built from your actual health picture — not generic content from the internet. The feed shifts with your context: chronic condition, pregnancy, recovery, or a specific goal all get cards tuned to what actually matters for that path.

  • · Research — what the science says about your condition
  • · Diet — what affects your markers
  • · Symptoms — what's common, what to track, what to raise
  • · Tracking — what's worth monitoring
  • · Treatment context — how common treatments work
  • · Lifestyle — habits that tend to make a difference

The feed shifts with your data. Ask Goldyn is one tap away for anything else on your mind.

Step 4

You generate a Pre-Visit Summary

Before your next appointment, you generate a one-page PDF: your recent data, the patterns worth flagging, and the questions worth asking.

Share it with your practitioner or keep it for yourself.

Step 5

You invite your care team and support circle

Health rarely happens alone. Invite the people who are part of yours — your GP, specialist, therapist, coach, partner, parent, or a close friend — into your Support Circle.

You decide who sees what. Share a single Pre-Visit Summary with your endocrinologist, give your partner a view of weekly patterns, or let a parent stay quietly in the loop. Access is always yours to grant, adjust, or revoke.

  • · Practitioners — GP, specialists, therapist, coach
  • · Support circle — partner, family, a trusted friend
  • · Granular control — per person, per report, revocable

Step 6

You build your health timeline

Every check-in, result, vital, and insight saved in one chronological record. Filter by results, check-ins, or vitals and scroll back through months of your own data to see how things have changed.

Step 7

You reflect and shape your story

Weekly summary — a short read of what's changing and what might be worth mentioning next time.

My story — the beliefs, goals, and context Goldyn has learned about you, in your own words. Add to it any time. It's the narrative behind the numbers.

Step 8 · envisioned

Your practitioner sees it in their workspace.

With your consent, your Goldyn record can flow directly into your doctor's Goldyn practitioner workspace — so they walk into every consultation already briefed on what changed since last time. Coming to Goldyn's practitioner tier. Alpha waitlist open.
